Effective March 3, 2026
MPS Acoustics has long taken pride in delivering high-quality acoustic solutions supported by reliable installation services. As market conditions have shifted, it has become increasingly difficult to maintain competitive installation pricing while upholding the standards of quality, scheduling, and client satisfaction that define our brand.
To ensure we continue providing exceptional value and product performance, MPS Acoustics will no longer quote or provide installation services for sound masking systems or acoustic panel products. This policy applies to all new opportunities and proposals moving forward.
Current and Future Projects
- Existing installation commitments will be honored as previously agreed.
- All new quotes will be product-only unless otherwise specified.
- Installation quotes issued within the past 60 calendar days will be honored per our quote terms.
Support for Dealers and Representatives
Although MPS will no longer act as the installer of record, we remain committed to supporting our partners during this transition. Our team will assist by:
- Helping dealers onboard their own installers through product training, best practices, and technical guidance.
- Referring trusted, certified installers in markets where we have established relationships.
- Providing documentation, drawings, and support materials to ensure successful installations.
Our goal is to empower each dealer to build a reliable, scalable installation model that fits their business and market.
